OLSEN BATTLES EX-LANDLORD OVER KITCHEN

MARY-KATE OLSEN is caught up in a financial battle with her former landlord, who accuses the actress of trashing the Hollywood pad she rented from him.
the 22 year old allegedly broke an agreement to refit the $ 15000 a month house near Sunset Boulevard before she moved out in April, after customising the kitchen to suit her needs.
she is also accused of flooding a garden pond. the landlord is refusing to return a $ 30,000 security deposit and is seeking more money to cover the cost of the work he had to carry out after the Olsen twin moved out. but Olsen's lawyer , Marty Singer, tells the star was given permission to renovate the kitchen--and he claims the landlord steeped in before she had to change to remodel it.
Olsen is fighting for the return of her security deposit.

BROADWAY MOGUL WINS DIVORCE FROM WIFE WHO SHAMED HIM ON YOUTUBE

A Broadway mogul whose actress wife attacked him in a widely viewed internet video has been granted a divorce from her. A judge granted Philip Smith a divorce from Tricia Walsh-Smith on Monday on the grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment.

Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham is angry with husband Dvid for driving alone at night without any bodyguards because she fears the Soccer star will get into car chases with the paparazzi. Victoria, who has employed a number of bodyguards to protect her family in Los Angeles , is furious that David does not use them when he goes out.

New software has been developed for the latest mobile phones and handheld computers which uses pictures instead of letters and numbers for security codes. The idea could be expanded into other areas, as the images will be harder than text passwords to copy by fraudsters, and easier to remember
The graphical passwords are drawn over a background, such as a photo of a flower, a map, a playing card ro the night sky. The computer remembers the number of pen stroke used, where the image was started and the order in which they were made. The system allows users to create passwords which are much more complex than the traditional numeric or alphabetical versions.
The best ones tend to be images such as playing cards. The new system will require a little more effort for people to set up their passwords , but once that is done we are confident that people , other than criminals, will find it easier to use.
